The Granly Trust is a home for adults with special needs in Kapp, 120 kilometers north of Oslo, situated in a rural area.

The basis of our work is the Spiritual Science of Rudolf Steiner. This science views human beings and the world holistically in interrelatedness of mind, soul and body.
Disturbances of body and soul often reveal themselves on the outside in the form of sickness or a handicap. The spiritual core of being, the I, of every human being always remains healthy. This core of being is what we aim for in our work.

Artistic and cultural themes run through the daily lives of the communal houses and the work places. Holidays are being celebrated according to the Christian cycle of the year.

The rhythm of work and daily life is being supplemented by regular medical care that is based on the way anthroposophy views the human being. The care is supported by therapies and artistic activities.

Granly offers a protective and developmental space for people that live on earth under exceptional conditions.
